Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2025 tech show was held at the Fira de Barcelona Gran Via from 4th to 7th February. The event marked a significant milestone in the audiovisual (AV) and systems integration industry. It attracted a record-breaking 85,351 unique visitors from 168 countries, showcasing innovations of 1,605 exhibitors across a 92,000 square meter space.
This year Samsung Electronics stood out with a series of groundbreaking displays and software solutions. The significant highlight here was "The Wall," a massive 462-inch MicroLED display with a 1.2mm pixel pitch, serving as the booth's centerpiece. This impressive installation demonstrated Samsung's advancements in large-scale, high-resolution display technology. In addition to the hardware, Samsung emphasized its software innovations, particularly the evolution of the SmartThings Pro platform, designed as a comprehensive Internet of Things (IoT) solution for enterprise environments. Another major point at ISE 2025 was VXT, Samsung’s intuitive and feature-packed digital signage CMS (Content Management System). VXT was developed as a highly adaptable solution, offering seamless content management across multiple verticals. This year’s exhibition focused on the PIRS App Ecosystem that integrates Partner Apps to extend CMS functionalities beyond traditional signage control.
One of the most exciting applications of VXT was demonstrated in the retail and hospitality sectors. At the VXT Restaurant, smart QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) solutions powered by Wisar Digital showcased how businesses can automate menu board updates and synchronize kiosk orders with POS systems in real time. Additionally, E-Paper technology within VXT was highlighted for its role in enhancing energy efficiency and delivering high-contrast, easy-to-read content across various industries.
In the VXT Office zone, Samsung demonstrated how its CMS supports PIRS Apps for data-driven communication, ensuring seamless information delivery in corporate environments. At the ISE 2025 trade fair, Samsung R&D Institute Poland(SRPOL) played a crucial role in promoting the latest Samsung innovations while actively engaging in meetings with partners and potential customers. The event provided an excellent platform to showcase groundbreaking technologies and strengthen business relationships.
Twelve representatives from various SRPOL teams, including SmartThings, SmartThings Pro, and Visual Displays, were present at the fair. At the main booth, SRPOL experts demonstrated key solutions such as VXT software for display content management, B2B displays solutions, and SmartThings Pro, attracting significant interest from attendees. Visual Display team’s presence was also notable, with a group of eight engineers actively engaging in promoting new solutions, facilitating business relationships and educating guests about Samsung’s smart signage. Moreover, throughout the day all visitors interested in our products could participate in booth tours guided by the team.
One of the most intriguing initiatives was the SEG SmartThings Truck operated by SRPOL members. It was a mobile installation located outside the main stage and that interactive exhibit allowed visitors to experience Samsung’s smart home solutions firsthand, integrating Samsung devices and IoT solutions developed by Samsung partners. Both business and individual clients had the opportunity to engage with these innovations, offering them a tangible "interactive house" experience.
In addition to product showcases, SRPOL also played a significant role in supporting business meetings with key partners, including ABB, NETx, Jung, Legrand and several customers. By providing valuable expertise, SRPOL contributed to discussions on advancing business IoT and display technologies, reinforcing its position as a leader in the industry.
