Poland's Best Employers 2022 is a list of 300 companies prepared by Forbes in cooperation with Statista, which meet the expectations of employees to the greatest extent.

The ranking is prepared on the basis of a survey among employees who assessed such aspects as remuneration, working time, promotion and development opportunities, conditions and equipment for working in the office and remote work. Employees were also asked about direct and indirect recommendations, i.e. readiness to recommend their employer to friends and other employers from the industry in which they are currently employed.

In the second edition of the ranking of the best employers, Samsung Poland – just like a year ago – was classified in the first place in the category "Electronics, electrical engineering, computer equipment". The company scored 80.56 points out of possible 100.

The survey, which runs from September to October 2021, involved about 1800 employers employing at least 250 employees in Poland. Anonymous surveys were completed by a total of over 20,000 employees.
