Forbes magazine has recently published Poland's Best Employers 2024 list – a ranking of companies operating in Poland based on anonymous employee evaluations. Among companies from industries like electronics, electrical engineering and computer hardware, Samsung Electronics Poland received the highest marks, thus gaining the title of the best employer in its industry. Compared to last year's ranking, the company has moved up from the position of the vice-leader of the category.

In the overall category of 300 best employers in Poland, Samsung ranked high – fifth – moving up three places compared to the 2023 list.

"Among many awards and distinctions, the title of the best employer fills me with special pride and gratitude. We are extremely pleased that our initiatives supporting employee development have been appreciated and together we are creating the best working environment in Poland in our industry," concludes Rafał Tyburcy, Director of the People Team at Samsung Electronics Poland.

As part of Poland's Best Employers 2024 survey, employees rated their workplaces in seven main areas, such as image and economic growth, employee relations and management, development and prospects, workload, sustainability, salary, working conditions and equipment.

This year's edition was the fourth edition of the survey prepared by Forbes magazine and the analytical and research company Statista, and it covered about two thousand companies from twenty five industries. Anonymous surveys conducted from October 20 to November 30, 2023 involved twenty thousand employees, whose opinions were decisive in the assessment of companies as employers. Companies’ participation in the study was voluntary. Of all submitted companies, 300 of the highest rated companies qualified for the Poland's Best Employers 2024 list.

Samsung Electronics Poland participated in every edition of Forbes Poland's Best Employers ranking. In the overall ranking, the company was in the top 10 best companies three times. In terms of industry, Samsung has reached for the highest laurel three times.
