The International Forum (iF) Design Award has been one of the most prestigious design awards in the world since its establishment in 1953, and is recognized as an internationally symbol of creativity and design. Samsung R&D Institute China-Nanjing (SRC-N) submitted an App work "S-ParaFit" to the User Interface Concept category of the iF Design Award, which was finally recognized by the jury composed of well-known design experts from all over the world, and won the iF Design Award 2023 among more than 10,000 works.

S-ParaFit leverages technology iteration and innovative design to shatter the boundaries of time and space, and through digital twin, scene shaping and emotional communication, it creates a trendy and enjoyable fitness service with a sense of experience, story line, gameplay and art. It starts with the three pillars of entertainment, inclusivity and sociality, opens up a new fitness industry and guides users to establish a virtuous cycle of fitness habits.

This application adapts to the development of technology and scenarios, evolving from flat interaction to spatial interaction, breaking the limitations of the senses and achieving a leapfrog overlap between the digital world and the real world. It takes the brand ecological chain as the hardware foundation and combines the brand patented technology to provide users with multi-device, multi-interaction intelligent entertainment and fitness services.

Recreational fitness is a reverse design of today's increasingly specialized fitness notion. The expansion of the fitness population and the enrichment of the fitness scene allows participants to temporarily forget their fitness goals and complete their training in a pleasant atmosphere without switching between virtual and real self.

Professional or recreational is not an either-or choice. Such psychological relief will be the bait to mobilize people without fitness habits to participate. S-ParaFit hopes to connect social and emotional, return to people-oriented fitness service design, and break down the spiritual barrier.
