On the 25^th of November, 2022, SRBD organized their long awaited organization-wide Team Outing for this year. This event, which used to be organized yearly, was on hiatus for the past two years because of the pandemic, and all the employees of the organization were excited for the event this time around.

The Management Support Group put in a lot of effort to ensure the event was successful. The journey to and from the event went without a hitch, and the venue at which the event took place, Dhali’s Amber Nivaas Resort in Sirajdikhan, Munshiganj, was stunning, with any and all desired facilities available there for SRBD employees to enjoy.

SRBD employees enjoyed various team activities, games and events. The enthusiastic engineers of SRBD participated in various sports, such as Cricket, Football, Badminton and other games. There were also other fun activities, such as swimming. The competitive but friendly nature of the sports events helped to strengthen team bonding amongst SRBD employees.

The cultural program was also a hotly anticipated event of the day, with songs being performed in both Korean and Bengali languages. Our Managing Director, Mr. Wonmo Ku, wowed the crowd as he performed his own rendition of a Bengali song, which was hugely appreciated by the enthusiastic crowd.

This Team Outing of 2022 ended with an award giving ceremony for sports events, as well as a captivating closing speech by the Managing Director of SRBD. Such events have a positive effect of the overall cultural development within SRBD, especially as we adapt the new normal.
