On 8th March, 2024, Samsung R&D Institute Bangladesh (SRBD) organized a training session for female employees titled ‘The Leadership Ladder’ as part of International Women’s Day celebrations. All the female employees were present at the event.

The event started off with an invigorating welcome speech from Md. Shaiful Islam, Head of HR. Afterwards, Md. Manjurul Karim, Head of SW R&D, and Nawshera Sharmin, Learning & Development PIC, conducted the training session. The session provided an overview into how the women of SRBD can climb up the management ladder and build a career for themselves at this organization.

At the end of the event, women Project Leads of SRBD came onto the stage to share their experience of being leaders at this organization. They provided insights from their experience to motivate the women present at the event to become future leaders at SRBD. At the end of the event, gifts were provided to attendees and a photo session took place.
