SEED: Samsung Electronics Employee
Relations Development
Sylwia Kosik / HR L&D
Samsung Electronics Employee Relations Development – known better as SEED – is a training program organized and coordinated by HR Learning & Development Team with the goal to support continuous development of Samsung employees in the field of soft-skills competencies.
The concept of SEED came to life in 2017 and initially consisted of HR L&D trainers who coordinated the program and delivered the training sessions. To broaden and develop the training offer, the Team reached out to the talent in our organization and through the ‘Call for Trainers’ invited other employees interested in joining the project.
Today, SEED connects the community of 18 internal soft-skills trainers – a group of passionate individuals from various Teams who, apart from their everyday responsibilities, want to share their knowledge and skills to contribute to the development of their SRPOL colleagues.
In the offered training ideas you will find Presentation Skills, Assertiveness, Training for Technical Recruiters, Coaching Management Style, Korean Culture Insight, Self-Awareness as a Competency as well launching in the upcoming months: Emotional Intelligence, Articulation Strategies in Practice and Feedback is a gift.
Our SEED Trainers are working hard to prepare for you even more interesting development opportunities in the topics of:
How to efficiently support employee development
• Giving Feedback
• Business models in a nutshell
• Value proposition design in practice
• Psychological games and how to play them
• Transactional analysis in a nutshell
• Unconscious bias that block stress
• How to build positive Customer Experience
