One of the brightest minds throughout school and college, Gaurav had a strong desire to pursue higher studies. Little did he know that his workplace SRI-B would give him the opportunity to fulfil this aspiration. SRI-B, well-known as a hub for continuous learning, encourages and provides opportunity to its people to grow their knowledge base.

Gaurav, a proud student of the maiden batch of SRI-B’s higher studies program was granted full scholarship to pursue Master’s program at International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore (IIIT-B). Cognizant of the fact that SRI-B has placed trust in him and given him the golden opportunity, Gaurav was determined to excel. Thanks to a supportive team and SRI-B’s culture of respecting work-life balance, he was not only able to manage his studies and work responsibilities simultaneously but he also made everyone at SRIB and his family proud by winning the gold medal in IIT-B Master’s program, scoring higher than students dedicatedly pursuing full-time Master’s course.

Looking back at the time when he joined SRI-B to where he has come till now, Gaurav said, “As I look back and think over my decision to become a part of SRI-B, I feel more confident in admitting that I chose the right path”.
