At ISE 2026, Samsung didn't just participate — it dominated the stage, redefining the future of visual communication, smart technology, and interactive experiences. From groundbreaking Spatial Signage to AI-powered learning, Samsung's presence was a dazzling testament to its unwavering commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer-centric solutions. Oh, and let's not forget — Samsung R&D Institute Poland (SRPOL) was there in mighty force, ensuring every moment of this spectacular event was a resounding success. But more facts on that later. First, let's dive into the event's highlights that left the world in awe, all this at the largest Digital Signage show worldwide!

Spatial Signage Revolution

Samsung's Spatial Signage (SMHX Series) display wasn't just a game-changer — it was a revolution. Transforming 2D content into immersive 3D visuals without the need for glasses or external equipment, this sleek, lightweight marvel (just 52mm thick) eliminated the bulk of traditional 3D displays. Available in 32", 55", and 85" models, it catered to diverse needs — from life-sized visuals in Retail to dynamic product showcases in QSRs, museums, and stadiums, to name but a few. This wasn't just technology — it was magic made real.

Supersized & Innovative Form Factors

Samsung took its innovative display solutions to new heights with its supersized & innovative form factors. The 85" Spatial Signage display transformed 2D images into stunning 3D visuals, offering a cost-effective alternative to traditional mannequins or physical displays. The QPDX-5K (105") was designed to perfectly frame human models without wasted space, making it ideal for dynamic advertising. The QPHX (130"), set to launch in Q3 2026, will be the world's largest LCD signage, providing a seamless alternative to traditional LED video walls. For smaller spaces, the SHC (37") and QBC (13"/24") offered compact, specialized displays that fit perfectly in tight areas like shelves and columns. These innovations weren't just versatile — they were transformative, showcasing Samsung's ability to create high-impact solutions for every industry vertical.

Color E-Paper: Sustainability Meets Innovation

Samsung's Color E-Paper was nothing short of a revelation — an eco-friendly, energy-efficient display solution that used ink-like particles to require zero power once an image was set. Its slim, frame-like design with a built-in battery allowed flexible installation, while remote updates via Samsung VXT (Visual eXperience Transformation) or Tizen Enterprise Platform API ensured seamless content management. Available in 32" and 13" models, with plans to expand to 20" and 10" options, this innovation highlighted Samsung's commitment to sustainability and cutting-edge eco-friendly technology. This wasn't just a display — it was a bold statement allowing control through both VXT CMS, Samsung’s very own and best-in-class Digital Signage solution, and a Mobile App designed for everyone and anyone wanting to explore and deploy E-Paper devices.

AI-Driven Hyper-Personalization

Samsung's AI-Driven Hyper-Personalization took contextual marketing to new heights. Digital displays adapted in real-time to shoppers, local weather, or live inventory levels, delivering individualized recommendations that enhanced customer engagement and satisfaction. This innovation showcased Samsung's ability to create customer-centric solutions that redefine retail experiences. The AI Fashion Concierge, featuring a 55" touch display and Klleon's digital human, offered multilingual customer service and personalized fashion recommendations. This wasn't just technology — it was intelligence at its finest.

SmartThings Pro Management

Samsung's SmartThings Pro Management unified in-store device and sensor control with a single dashboard. A "Live Demo" showed LiDAR sensors triggering displays with relevant product info when movement was detected in specially setup and designated catchment zones, while real-time insights and automation rules optimized energy usage. This innovation streamlined retail operations and enhanced customer experiences, reinforcing Samsung's leadership in smart technology. This wasn't just efficiency — it was end-to-end interactive perfection.

SRPOL’s representative Michał spared no enthusiasm in showcasing this dashboard complete with sub-menus for an all-encompassing tour of this smart and advantageous interface! The dashboard included a host of menus for controlling specific features ranging from a multi-suite holistic overview of all configured sensors complete with real-time status updates, 3D models of sensor placements per location, sensor behavior configuration setup and flows, power usage monitoring and control, integrated management for air conditioning and temperature control, integration with VXT CMS, and so much more! No wonder it was one of the busiest demos in the entire show!

SmartThings Pro for Hotels

SmartThings Pro for Hotels enhanced guest experiences with seamless room control via a single interface. QR-based mobile control allowed guests to access a web-based dashboard on their smartphones, while AI Voice Integration supported natural voice commands for personalized stays. This innovation showcased Samsung's ability to deliver user-friendly solutions for the hospitality industry, placing hotel guests in control of their room experience. This wasn't just convenience extending an already powerful Lynk Cloud and spectacular SmartThings Pro Management dashboard as above — it was personal luxury right at hotel guest's fingertips. SRPOL’s Tomasz performed a first-class concierge job in making guests feel both at home and in control in a staged hotel room setting!

Interactive Displays & AI-Powered Learning

The Flip (WMFX 55”) interactive display offered 450-nit brightness and a 4K whiteboard app with a natural writing experience for seamless user interaction. The All-In-One (AIO) LED (MMF-A 108”) featured a “quick build” design for easy and speedy installation, while the WAFX-P (86”) included a 48MP camera and Google Play Store access for apps like Zoom or MS Teams. These distinct solutions transformed meeting spaces into hubs of collaboration and innovation. This wasn’t just a meeting room — it was a revolution in business communication.

Samsung's AI-Powered Learning revolutionized education with tools like Quiz Creation, Circle to Search, Live Transcript, and AI Summary, all of which were demoed by SRPOL’s very own Darya, who felt the urge to teach and inspire in her very own AI driven classroom, much to the amazement of all participants and bystanders! These features provided personalized, interactive, and efficient educational experiences, empowering educators and students alike. By integrating AI into education, Samsung drove advancements that made learning more accessible, interactive, and impactful. This wasn't just learning — it was class-leading transformation.

VXT Innovations: Powering the Next-Level of Seamless Experiences

At the core of Samsung's innovations was Samsung’s VXT platform for management of Digital Signage Devices of various types and form factors, revolutionizing content management. The AI Studio (part of VXT) generated 4K/60fps video from a single image and text prompt, also supporting optimization of content for Spatial Signage displays mentioned earlier. The VXT Ticker enabled urgent announcements to appear atop active content without interruption, complying with legal frameworks in various countries, all via VXT CMS. SRPOL’s very own Adam and Mateusz excelled expectations in sharing VXT greatness with immense attention to detail and memorable demos!

VXT Takeover Sync synchronized multiple screens for unified messaging, boosting visual impact 2.5 to 5 times over traditional playback. With Unified Management, users remotely monitored Signage, LED, Business TV, and E-Paper devices from one interface, while VXT Canvas offered templates for creating promotions without the necessity for additional license purchases. This streamlined approach ensured consistent operations, from small cafes to large franchises alike. The soon-to-be released VXT 4.0 is shaping up to be a true Digital Signage groundbreaker. This weren’t just content management capabilities on show — it was compliance and trend setting masterclass.

Software & Management Tools

The next-generation LED setup management solution (LSM2) reduced on-site setup time by 70%, while WARP (Workplace Admin Resources Portal) allowed managers to monitor multiple organization setups from a single portal. These tools highlighted Samsung's commitment to efficient management and communication. This wasn't just software — it was mastermind genius.
