Samsung R&D Institute China - Beijing (SRC-B), established in 2000, is the 1st R&D Center setup in China by Samsung Electronics.

SRC-B focuses on breakthrough technologies in artificial intelligence (AI) and 5G/6G telecommunication areas, particularly in machine learning, computer vision, language processing, voice intelligence, 3GPP standardization, wireless communication etc.

SRC-B promotes tight industry-academy partnership. Today a great amount of SRC-B technologies have been commercialized and contributed in Samsung electronics products to improve user experience.
